- Own the player-facing narrative for Star Trek Fleet Command and translate product strategy into compelling player experiences
- Champion the player perspective throughout the product development lifecycle
- Establish messaging frameworks across launch campaigns, CRM, roadmap communications, and in-game messaging
- Partner with Product, Design, Economy, Live Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams throughout feature development

- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new features, seasonal content, technical improvements, and franchise initiatives
- Own integrated go-to-market strategies for major game features, seasonal arcs, technical improvements, and franchise partnerships
- Build launch plans covering messaging, timing, audiences, business objectives, and player education
- Define player segmentation and messaging strategies across the player lifecycle
- Establish launch objectives and success criteria with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams
- Connect Product, Community, Campaign Marketing, CRM, Creative, Analytics, Player Experience, Publishing, and external partners
- Coordinate launch readiness across player-facing functions
- Facilitate launch planning, milestone reviews, and cross-functional communication
- Partner with Community and Player Experience on player communications, support readiness, and recovery messaging
- Create creative briefs, messaging frameworks, presentations, launch documentation, executive materials, and marketing guidance
- Review and approve marketing assets for consistency with product strategy, brand standards, and franchise guidelines
- Partner with Creative teams to develop marketing materials
- Manage approvals and asset delivery with Paramount and other external partners
- Monitor feature adoption, player engagement, sentiment, campaign performance, and commercial outcomes
- Identify player friction, adoption barriers, and optimization opportunities
- Translate player insights into recommendations for future launches and product improvements
- Refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies through experimentation, testing, and post-launch analysis
- Lead and evolve the Product Marketing discipline for Star Trek Fleet Command
- Manage the Campaign Manager through coaching, prioritization, and strategic direction
- Own the Product Marketing operating cadence, including roadmap reviews, launch planning, partner coordination, and cross-functional alignment
- Build relationships across Product, Marketing, Creative, Publishing, Licensing, and executive leadership
- Establish scalable frameworks, documentation, and best practices for Product Marketing
