Responsibilities:

  • Define, track, and communicate core KPIs and OKRs for the product;
  • Own data logging requirements and ensure accurate product-tracking pipelines;
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and optimisation areas across the product funnel;
  • Influence team decisions through data;
  • Quantify the expected impact of potential features and support roadmap prioritisation;
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for the Product Team and broader leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience querying, manipulating, and transforming large, complex, relational datasets into functional pipelines;
  • Experience designing and building automated data pipelines and transformations;
  • Strong product thinking and the ability to translate customer needs into problem statements, success metrics, and opportunity sizing;
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts that can be applied through a programming language such as Python or R;
  • Ability to turn raw data into clear narratives, business insights, and actionable product decisions using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Nice to have: Prior experience launching a net-new product or product line, B2B experience with business customers' financial and expense management needs, familiarity with financial data reconciliation, risk analysis, or regulatory compliance in FinTech, experience designing, launching, and analysing A/B tests in a high-volume product environment.
