Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize account-list and retargeting campaigns across programmatic native, display, CTV, audio, and DOOH for multiple products and regions.
  • Manage the always-on media budget across markets, reallocating spend between products, channels, and geographies based on performance.
  • Own the campaign planning cycle and coordinate account lists, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Test creative, formats, targeting, and channel mix, removing underperforming assets.
  • Own the ABM platform as the internal expert and build personalized landing pages and microsites for named target accounts.
  • Run coordinated account plays across personalized destinations, programmatic, and paid social distribution.
  • Deliver account-level engagement and buying signals to Field and SDR teams and drive adoption of available capabilities.
  • Define and expand target account lists with Field, SDR, and regional marketing teams.
  • Get regional account-based plays approved and launched.
  • Own day-to-day relationships with DSP and ABM platform partners.
  • Run the media agency selection process and provide a costed recommendation to leadership.
  • Lead evaluations of new ABM and intent technologies through discovery and pilots.
  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation platform integrations with Marketing Operations and internal engineering.
  • Own performance reporting by product, channel, and region and communicate it to Marketing and Field leadership.
  • Close gaps in programmatic measurement by supporting log-level data ingestion and account scoring.
  • Build playbooks, templates, and channel guidance for regional marketers.
  • Document the programme and make it measurable and handover-ready.

Requirements:

  • 4-7+ years of experience in B2B performance or account-based marketing.
  • Hands-on ownership of paid campaigns, ideally in enterprise or B2B SaaS.
  • Deep practical experience with programmatic advertising, including DSP campaign setup, account-list targeting, retargeting, budget pacing, and optimization.
  • Experience running an ABM platform or personalization tooling and using engagement signals for sales outreach.
  • Ability to manage meaningful media budgets across multiple markets and make reallocation decisions with incomplete information.
  • Strong vendor and agency management skills, including briefing, KPI accountability, evaluations or RFPs, and scope and cost negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of measurement and the limitations of UTM-based attribution for view-through channels.
  • Experience partnering closely with Field and SDR teams and building reusable marketing frameworks.
  • Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to prioritize concurrent regional campaigns without heavy oversight.
  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor and owning outcomes directly.
