• Lead the implementation and optimization of GenAI applications and IT tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leaders, and other stakeholders to align technology solutions with business requirements;
• Administer and configure AI-powered SaaS tools, ensuring secure deployment and smooth organizational integration;
• Identify enhancements to enterprise AI tools to improve efficiency and user satisfaction;
• Support proof-of-concept projects to explore and validate innovative technologies and solutions;
• Continuously assess and optimize software architecture for scalability, reliability, and alignment with emerging trends;
• Document designs, development processes, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing and operational efficiency;
• Apply emerging technologies such as LLMs, APIs, and cloud-based solutions to drive impactful outcomes;
• Drive the adoption and optimization of SaaS tools and AI-driven applications;
• Solve technical challenges and develop scalable, innovative solutions;
• Apply Change Management disciplines to support successful technology rollouts;
• Identify and implement automation capabilities to reduce manual effort and errors;
• Collaborate with technical teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and evolving priorities with high energy and autonomy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 6-8 Years of professional experience in software development or IT operations, with increasing responsibility;
• Experience implementing AI-driven applications and multi-tenant SaaS solutions;
• Strong frontend and backend development skills with React, Python, Java, and TypeScript;
• Experience with systems design, design patterns, architectural trade-offs, and integration best practices;
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Zypher and Pytest;
• Experience with cloud technologies, cloud-native applications, and infrastructure as code using AWS/Azure/CGP, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform;
• Knowledge of DevOps culture and practices;
• Nice to have: Advanced degree, experience building user-facing GenAI/LLM software applications, vectors and embeddings with pgvector or chromadb, LLM RAG/Agent concepts, Neo4J, GraphQL, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, AWS Managed Services, FastAPI, NextJS, WebSockets, Server-Side Events, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Kafka.

Условия:

• Base salary range for the Boston location: $173,000 - $211,000;
• Annual discretionary performance bonus of up to 20%;
• Retirement contribution starting at 5% and increasing to 10% after 2 years;
