- Support senior-level briefings, demonstrations, and customer engagements.
- Represent the customer internally and help keep Hypersonica’s hypersonic defence solutions operationally relevant, differentiated, and best in class.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in UK military or defence-industry environments.
- Credibility with military users and programme teams through prior service or sustained industry-facing roles.
- Experience engaging in complex technical capability discussions, not only commercial terms.
- Experience navigating long-cycle, high-ambiguity defence opportunities without relying on legacy prime contractor playbooks.
- Focus on operational effect and mission relevance rather than product-led selling.
- Ability to balance commercial judgement with strategic patience.
