- Partner with teams across the business to understand challenges and turn them into clear problems and requirements
- Analyse data, processes and systems to uncover insights, opportunities and risks
- Shape solutions across people, process, technology and data
- Create documentation, process maps, and analysis to support decision-making
- Support or lead delivery across the full project lifecycle, from early concept through rollout
- Work with project teams, engineers, subject matter experts and third-party partners
- Contribute to testing activities and help resolve issues
