Responsibilities:

  • Secure Jira governance and improve guidelines while ensuring stakeholders are onboarded and delivering to expectations.
  • Improve backlog health by increasing the percentage of well-defined user stories ready for development.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement sessions, and ensure development tasks are well-defined and actionable.
  • Support the Product Manager in organising and leading stakeholder meetings and non-technical workshops.
  • Coordinate with operational and development teams to resolve incidents and maintain system performance.
  • Host knowledge transfer sessions and onboarding support for new team members or external consultants.
  • Engage with UX/UI design teams to ensure business requirements are reflected in user experiences.
  • Work with Data Analysts and Engineers to ensure data definitions and metrics are consistent and trustworthy.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of feature requests in alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Maintain Confluence pages and dashboards tracking requirement status, business rules, and changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Delivery Lead.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
  • Proactively identify risks and blockers to drive continuous improvements.
  • Skilled in writing and managing Jira tickets with thorough documentation of development work, bugs, and enhancements.
  • Experienced in managing backlog priorities, owning backlog grooming, collaborating with the Product Manager, and contributing to feature and issue prioritisation.
  • Skilled in collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, address risks, and align upcoming initiatives.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Able to produce accurate, high-quality work, prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and remain resilient under pressure.
  • Able to analyse issues logically, use data and evidence to guide decisions, and anticipate and address issues.
  • Able to communicate technical or complex points clearly and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Able to collaborate constructively, share knowledge, support teammates, and accept feedback professionally.
  • Adaptable, curious, and able to learn new tools and processes quickly.
