Задачи:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise on materials including product designs, labels, shipping boxes, web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, brand merchandise, and marketing materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within an established brand identity
• Develop concepts by hand or with software and create original content using appropriate colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Manage the design and uploading process for project materials using content management system best practices
• Apply trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing specific classifications
• Work with external freelancers, including illustrators and photographers, to maintain a consistent brand look and feel

Требования:

• Expert knowledge of current design software and proficiency across the design process from concept to final deliverables
• Ability to convert written or spoken ideas into designs that connect with audiences
• Thorough understanding of branding and marketing
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Experience with packaging and branding design
• Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
