Задачи
- Contribute to the entire lifecycle of projects, from concept through completion;
- Work closely with the Design Team, Production Team, and fabrication partners;
- Understand project briefs, clients, and spaces;
- Research themes and narratives to inspire designs;
- Create conceptual idea cards and refine selected ideas;
- Develop designs while considering materiality and fabrication requirements;
- Oversee sampling and technical processes with the Production Team;
- Visit sites and meet clients;
- Work with a Design Director across 2-3 projects per week;
- Review and develop ideas with the Global Creative Director;
- Present ideas to clients and key stakeholders;
- Finalize designs for handover to the Production Team;
- Mentor junior members of project teams.

- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer;
- Hands-on experience with environmental design projects, including environmental branding, architecture, signage, or similar;
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking;
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently;
- Great attention to detail;
- Interest in learning and mentoring junior studio members;
- Excellent organizational skills aligned with studio standards;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
