Its client portfolio includes globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble. Arrow Films is a UK-based film distributor specialising in restoration, curation, and releases for home entertainment and digital platforms across the UK and North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and produce graphic design work across the Arrow estate
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to plan projects and define the desired approach
  • Create assets in multiple formats across theatrical, home entertainment, digital, organic, and paid social campaigns
  • Develop bespoke content for international festivals, events, SVOD services, and other key contacts
  • Ensure content is supplied in the correct format and meets specific platform requirements
  • Adapt existing assets for social, PR, and marketing purposes
  • Provide ad hoc design assistance across teams
  • Monitor changing market conditions and the competitor landscape

Requirements:

  • 1–2 Years of professional experience in a graphic design role, agency or in-house
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Experience delivering marketing materials across theatrical, digital, and print platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with internal communication and planning systems such as Teams and/or Asana
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, solve problems, and find effective, scalable solutions
  • Ability to generate and present ideas within brand guidelines and company vision
  • Passion for film and television, with familiarity with Arrow Video
  • Ability to work calmly and positively under pressure
