- Develop creative concepts for compelling digital and live user experiences, including UX design, moving image, print, and physical executions;
- Research design trends, users, technology, and innovation to inform functional design solutions;
- Bring fresh design and innovation insights to internal teams and clients across projects, pitches, and proposals;
- Present ideas to internal teams, partners, and clients;
- Work with the Creative Director on pitches and proposals;
- Create and develop artwork production, artwork templates, and graphics guides with creative and production teams;
- Create branding and wayfinding “Customer Journey” documents for specific activations;
- Ensure project-related creative materials are delivered according to plan;
