Задачи
- Create visually compelling assets for social media, email marketing, web, and campaigns
- Take ownership of small design projects
- Assist in the design of marketing materials including retail decks
- Ensure consistent use of brand colours, typography, and visual guidelines across all assets and brand channels
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life
- Manage multiple design briefs from different teams and prioritise tasks effectively
- Work with the manager to organise and track incoming design requests
- Design compelling layouts that adhere to best practice
Требования
- Circa 2-3 years of experience in a similar Graphic Design role, with experience ideally gained in house at a fast-paced consumer brand, or working closely with DTC clients
- Impeccable and fierce attention to detail
- Able to problem-solve basic design and give creative solutions
- Experience designing for email, social, and web
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design consistency
- Creative thinker with the ability to justify design decisions
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to feedback
- Nice to have: knowledge of UI/UX, experience with motion or video editing and Figma

- A salary of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
