Задачи:
- Build financial and cash flow models for real estate assets and platforms
- Assist in preparing pitch books, investment memoranda, and financing memoranda
- Support real estate-focused capital markets transactions, including strategic advisory on acquisitions and divestitures
- Assist with debt advisory for large-scale financings and complex liability restructuring mandates
- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company analyses on real estate trends
- Work with legal, tax, and technical advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Требования:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding academic record, preferably with a degree in accounting, economics, finance, or real estate
- Previous experience in real estate investment, debt advisory, M&A advisory, private equity, restructuring, or related fields
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, especially in cash flow modelling
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
- Good proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Nice to have: Additional language skills, previous experience in or interest in the real estate sector, international experience
