- Own collections and accounts payable as the primary contact for customers and vendors;
- Own month-end close and consolidation across US and UK entities;
- Own payroll and sales commissions in collaboration with Sales and Rev Ops;
- Own finance-stack tools from selection through implementation and control spending;
- Build AI-driven automation into reconciliations, reporting, and close;
- Take on additional technical accounting, compliance, and treasury work as the company scales.

- Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification;
- A few years of in-house experience since qualification;
- End-to-end ownership of a month-end close;
- Multi-entity or cross-border experience across US and UK entities;
- Ability to independently own processes and deliver finished work;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors;
- Interest in building finance processes and playbooks;
- Ability to use AI to make accounting work faster and more accurate.
