Задачи
- Deliver software for Cloud Services and Dynamics within an agile team
- Build and configure solutions that meet business needs
- Support development processes by managing tools, testing environments, code control, and system automation
- Support infrastructure deployment and management across programs
- Manage time efficiently and prioritise workload independently
- Develop, maintain, and share technical knowledge within the team
- Collaborate with the LEADS Guild and staff across Operations, Database, Test, and Business Teams
- Support live systems, maintain development environments, and resolve incidents and issues promptly
- Escalate identified risks and issues to Senior Developers when necessary
- Conduct impact analysis and provide estimates for enhancements or changes
- Participate in peer reviews and consult Senior Developers for clarification as needed
- Build, test, document, and implement solutions according to the Delivery Framework and team quality standards
- Develop and test code modifications following program specifications and established testing strategies
- Assist test teams during testing cycles and prepare documentation for live environment changes
- Release code changes into the production environment according to best practices and organisational procedures
- Provide regular rostered on-call and out-of-hours support for 24/7 services within 12 months
Требования
- Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills
- Practical experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS or Azure
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Containerisation skills with Docker and orchestration experience with Kubernetes
- Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK
- Experience using DevOps tools including Jira, Confluence, and Artifactory
- Nice to have: improving deployment workflows, automation to minimise manual tasks, secure infrastructure best practices, reliability processes including incident response and reviews, mentoring or sharing expertise within the team

- Contract role
- Relocation support is available for eligible current HMRC colleagues in Bradford moving to a Leeds location
