Задачи:
Lead complex, cross-functional data analyses to uncover strategic insights for commercial, operational, and financial decisions across the Capital Markets business unit; Scope, design, and deliver analytics projects independently from requirements gathering through executive presentation; Architect, build, and govern Domo dashboards and reports for Leadership, Commercial, Product Operations, and Finance; Define and enforce dashboard standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the Insights team; Define and enforce data quality standards, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes across analytics outputs; Document data definitions, lineage, and business logic to support audit readiness and team scalability; Serve as an analytics partner to senior stakeholders across Product Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership; Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives; Drive alignment on analytics priorities, manage competing stakeholder requests, and communicate timelines and trade-offs; Lead analytics strategy for the Global Financial Services business unit; Shape the use of AI in Domo to accelerate insight delivery; Work on strategic projects influencing Capital Markets revenue and operational decisions.
Требования:
4-7 Years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field; Track record of leading analytics projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; Proficiency in Domo, including DataFlows, Beast Mode, Domo Everywhere, and connector management; Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data integration; Ability to present complex data findings clearly and confidently to non-technical and executive audiences; Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, set priorities, and deliver without heavy oversight; Nice to have: Experience in financial services, capital markets, or fund administration; Power BI or Tableau; SAP, NetSuite, or Denodo.
