Задачи
- Build, develop, and support data products offered by the Data Office
- Translate data into meaningful and actionable insights
- Understand business and technical aspects of data to deliver suitable products for stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement by developing value-adding products
- Highlight data risks through thorough testing and analysis
- Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources
- Create models, reports, dashboards, and recommendations
- Design and deliver high-quality data analytics solutions
- Work with Data Engineering and key stakeholders to develop scalable analytics products
- Contribute to data pipelines and curated datasets
- Identify trends through data analysis
- Provide expert guidance on analytics and performance measurement
- Maximise the value of internal and external data sources
- Deliver projects autonomously while maintaining clear communication with the Data Analytics Lead
Требования
- Proven experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL
- Extensive experience in data analytics and data visualisation
- Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques
- Experience with large datasets and relational databases
- Track record of making data solutions accessible for end-users
- Experience working with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
- Experience building data products that transition manual and heavily Excel-based analysis to automated or semi-automated solutions
- Knowledge of star schema modelling, including dimensional data modelling, dimensions, facts, measures, and hierarchies
- Experience developing analytics with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualisation tools
- Nice to have: Python, experience beyond descriptive and diagnostic analytics
