Задачи:

• Design, build and maintain secure and scalable Azure cloud environments
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep
• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Automate the provisioning, configuration and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services
• Build reusable infrastructure modules, deployment patterns and engineering components
• Implement automated testing, quality controls and security checks within deployment pipelines
• Apply DevSecOps principles throughout the development and deployment lifecycle
• Translate solution designs into deployable cloud platforms and services with Architects and engineering teams
• Support Azure networking, identity, security, compute, storage and platform services
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability across cloud environments
• Troubleshoot complex platform, deployment and infrastructure issues
• Improve reliability, scalability and operational performance through automation and engineering best practice
• Support containerised workloads and modern application platforms where appropriate
• Work within governance, security and compliance requirements in regulated and secure environments
• Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, design decisions and knowledge sharing
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers within delivery teams
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, engineering standards and reusable capability across UBDS Group
• Take ownership of technical problems and help teams deliver secure, reliable cloud solutions at pace

Требования:

• Significant hands-on experience delivering solutions within Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, repositories and associated tooling
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and/or Bicep
• Experience designing and implementing automated cloud deployment pipelines
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, compute, storage and security services
• Experience with Git and modern source-control practices
• Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles and practices
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash or Python
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging and operational tooling within Azure environments
• Understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, RBAC, secrets management and secure configuration
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and deployment issues
• Strong understanding of resilient, scalable and highly available cloud architecture
• Experience working within Agile engineering and multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Nice to have: Microsoft Azure certifications, HashiCorp Terraform certification or equivalent practical experience, Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Landing Zones, enterprise-scale Azure environments, GitOps, policy-as-code, automated governance, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, automated security scanning, Microsoft Entra ID, configuration management, public sector or financial services experience, experience in regulated environments, UK Government security requirements, active UK Security Clearance (SC) or current eligibility to obtain and maintain SC clearance
