Задачи
- Architect and build highly performant and scalable solutions using the Microsoft tech stack and SOLID design principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile project teams in two-week Sprints
- Advocate for best practices and ensure software is delivered to schedule
- Drive the adoption of AI within the business, including chat bots and process improvement initiatives
- Report to and collaborate with the CTO
Требования
- Experienced Software Developer / Engineer with strong knowledge of modern best practices
- Strong C# backend development skills
- Good knowledge of AWS
- Experience working on highly scalable systems
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, Data Structures, and Design Patterns
- Experience with or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Copilot
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Organisation and planning abilities
- Business acumen and advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: Python coding skills
