  • Hire, train, and lead a team of inbound and outbound Business Development Representatives to ensure steady pipeline contribution;
  • Develop and execute outbound pipeline generation strategies to create high-quality opportunities;
  • Oversee timely follow-up on marketing campaigns to qualify and develop leads;
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategy and execution;
  • Optimize team performance through coaching, enablement, and data-driven decision-making;
