Задачи:

• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and sprint ceremonies with senior business and technology stakeholders;
• Translate workshop outputs into structured requirements, including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria;
• Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be business process models using standard notation;
• Connect business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions address the right business needs;
• Own and manage the requirements backlog end-to-end, maintaining traceability from business objectives through solution design, delivery, and testing;
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis to support programme and project decisions;
• Identify and elevate risks, dependencies, and scope issues;
• Support UAT planning and execution with QA teams and end users;
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis, improve documentation quality, and surface insights for business decisions.

Требования:

• Approximately 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change programmes;
• Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements in Agile and Waterfall environments;
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including BPMN process mapping, user story writing, use case development, and gap analysis;
• Awareness of how AI and automation are reshaping business analysis;
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability to manage workload autonomously across multiple concurrent workstreams;
• Collaborative team player;
• To obtain SC clearance, continuous residence in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years is required;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling, experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
