• Define and document end-to-end partnership processes




• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements, align ways of working and agree future-state processes




• Create process documentation, including process maps, RACIs, operating procedures and the Project Bird Operations Manual




• Identify process risks, gaps and improvement opportunities to ensure operational readiness for launch

Требования:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large transformation or partnership programmes




• Strong process mapping capability using Visio and Miro




• Experience designing target operating models and operating procedures




• Ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear documentation




• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills




• Experience documenting governance, controls and service processes




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




• Ability to work across multiple teams without direct authority




• Excellent written communication




• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
