Задачи:

• Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring organizational change;
• Develop business requirements addressing business problems and opportunities;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations;
• Support the creation of business cases justifying investment in proposed solutions;
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions;
• Support project progress reporting to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget;
• Create operational and process designs within the agreed scope;
• Support change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix;
• Contribute to strategy, drive requirements, and recommend changes;
• Plan resources, budgets, and policies;
• Manage and maintain policies and processes;
• Deliver continuous improvements and elevate policy or procedure breaches;
• Advise functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignment;
• Manage and mitigate risks in support of control and governance objectives;
• Strengthen controls related to the team’s work;
• Collaborate with other business-aligned support areas to stay informed about business activity and strategies;
• Create solutions by comparing and selecting complex alternatives through sophisticated analytical thinking;
• Apply extensive research to problem-solving processes;
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

Требования:

• Payment domain expertise within banking or financial services;
• Experience working across multiple business functions beyond Payments;
• Strong business analysis skills in requirements management, user stories, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery;
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration;
• Experience in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology;
• Experience guiding technical direction and leading collaborative, multi-year assignments;
• Experience training, guiding, or coaching less experienced specialists;
• Ability to perform in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions;
• Nice to have: Agile, Scrum or SAFe delivery experience, data analysis and reporting, change management and business readiness, experience mentoring or overseeing Business Analysts.
