Задачи:
- Elicit, analyse, prioritise and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements traceability
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and analysis sessions
- Produce current and future-state process models using BPMN standards, ideally in Signavio
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, developers and testers to support solution delivery
- Support backlog refinement, testing, defect resolution and implementation activities
- Create and maintain analysis artefacts and project documentation in Confluence
- Manage requirements, user stories, defects and delivery activities in Jira
- Ensure deliverables align with QBE governance, quality standards and ways of working
- Work independently while integrating effectively into multi-vendor and cross-functional teams.
Требования:
- Insurance business analysis experience supporting technology and business change initiatives
- Requirements elicitation, process analysis and workshop facilitation experience
- Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria
- BPMN process modelling experience
- Experience of TOM design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive evidence-based decision making
- Experience working across multiple priorities and delivery workstreams
- Right to work in the UK
- Nice to have: London Market, Underwriting Operations (pre and post bind), Portfolio Solutions, Digital Trading.
