- Analyze the functional and technical differences between Calypso v18 and v19 and assess their impact across business processes
- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements for the upgrade
- Work with front-, middle-, and back-office users to understand workflows and identify affected areas
- Support gap analysis for functionality, workflows, and integrations
- Liaise with development, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the upgrade lifecycle
- Define and support test scenarios and test cases and coordinate UAT
- Assist with defect triage, resolution tracking, and regression testing
- Document changes to configuration, workflows, and reporting
- Support data migration and reconciliation activities where required
- Provide post-implementation support and hypercare
Требования
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Calypso environments
- Strong knowledge of multiple Calypso modules, including Trade Capture, Market Data, Risk, Collateral, Settlements, and Accounting
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and derivatives/treasury products
- Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and test coordination
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and validation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Nice to have: Direct experience with Calypso version upgrades, especially v18 to v19
