Задачи
- Lead business and data analysis for Client Group initiatives and complex change
- Analyse and document CRM business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation
- Evaluate CRM-centric solutions by considering feasibility, risks, costs and benefits, and recommend practical enhancements
- Define and implement improvements to processes, systems and data across CRM and Client Services
- Apply and embed agreed business analysis methods, tools and standards within the scrum framework and across the wider organisation
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation
- Identify barriers to transformation and support the prioritisation and scoping of complex backlog items
- Coach and guide less experienced team members and contribute to the business analysis community
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver solutions, ensuring data integrity, scalability and secure integration with other platforms
Требования
- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Asset Management
- Strong SQL skills for interrogating data, supporting reporting requirements and ensuring data quality
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM platforms
- Proven experience in business and data modelling, process design and solution concepts
- Ability to communicate complex CRM concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Specialist knowledge across CRM and client-related business areas
- Commercial and customer-centric approach to solution delivery
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with business stakeholders in a scrum environment
- Proficiency in agile and scrum methodologies and experience in cross-functional teams
- Skills in technical delivery for CRM and Client Service solutions
