- Conduct thorough "As-Is" process discovery
- Map revised processes resulting from bespoke application development by the Business Tools squad
- Translate operational needs into actionable requirements
- Use AI agents to support the analysis workflow
- Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams
Требования
- Proven experience in business process analysis, mapping, and creating "As-Is" and "To-Be" documentation
- Ability to audit complex spreadsheets, including formulas, macros, and data tracking habits, and reverse-engineer them into functional business logic
- Experience leading interviews, observation sessions, and interactive workshops to uncover business needs and undocumented operational steps
- Ability to clarify requirements in ambiguous environments with limited documentation
- Experience working with Product Owners and Developers to translate operational processes into technical specifications and user stories
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and coordinate large stakeholder groups
- Patient and collaborative approach to supporting non-technical users through changes to legacy tools
- Target-driven approach focused on solution delivery
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and ITIL processes
- Nice to have: Experience with ArchiMate for process mapping
