Barclays is delivering a multi-year strategic transformation programme within its Subledger Accounting team to enhance financial reporting, accounting processes and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

- Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that require organisational change
- Develop business requirements addressing business problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations
- Support the creation of business cases justifying investment in proposed solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions
- Support project progress reporting to help deliver proposed solutions on time and within budget
- Create operational and process designs to ensure delivery within the agreed scope
- Support change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix
