- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and native smartphone applications across all markets;
- Apply AI tools responsibly while maintaining full oversight;
- Build and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline;
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing;
- Document and track defects through to resolution;
- Plan tests, conduct peer reviews of test cases, and maintain traceability between requirements and tests;
- Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, refinement, sub-tasking, and story point estimation in Jira;
- Collaborate with global development, product, and design teams to raise quality issues early;
- Assist the operations team with technical questions and customer issue reproduction.

- Commercial QA/testing experience with web applications and native mobile apps;
- Experience designing and executing manual test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing;

- Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman;
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC, Jira, Confluence, and Git;
- Experience integrating automated tests into a CI/CD pipeline;
- Understanding of defect lifecycle management and clear, reproducible bug reporting;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, including async collaboration across time zones and cultures;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of QA;

- Proficient in written and spoken English;
