Задачи:

• Manage Salesforce data quality and keep pipeline records current;
• Run regular pipeline reports and support monthly and quarterly regional business reviews;
• Schedule and coordinate growth-related meetings across the region;
• Coordinate sessions between senior leadership and key clients;
• Coordinate bi-annual client planning reviews for top accounts;
• Design and build credentials, case study, business review, and pitch presentation decks;
• Gather studio updates and Salesforce data for regional business reviews;
• Maintain an organised repository of credentials, case studies, thought leadership, QBRs, and winning pitch decks;
• Build relationships across studios and seniority levels;
• Operate with discretion and contribute collaborative energy to the EMEA growth team.

• Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to draft agendas, meeting notes, briefing documents, and emails for senior stakeholders;
• Confidence working with CRM and pipeline tools;
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and maintain high data quality;
• Ability to build trusted relationships across all business and client levels;
• Curiosity about AI tools and workflow automation;
• Confidence with Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft tools, and standard office applications;
• Basic Keynote and Figma skills;
• Nice to have: Salesforce experience, familiarity with project or workflow management tools.
