We’re looking for a mid-weight Interim PMO Manager to join us for a 12-month contract. This is a key role providing leadership and continuity within the PMO while we deliver a number of major change programmes. You’ll own and evolve our PMO Gated Process, oversee governance across the portfolio, and ensure we have the right people working on the right priorities through effective workforce planning. What You’ll Do
- Maintain the PMO function, ensuring governance and standards are applied consistently.
- Evolve the PMO Gated Process to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Deliver accurate portfolio reporting and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and elevate where needed.
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively, flag pinch points, and optimise utilisation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance PMO tools, templates, and processes.
- Collaborate with project and programme leads, providing guidance and coaching.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in PMO leadership or management within a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and gated processes.
- Skilled in resource planning and portfolio reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with SharePoint and Power Apps (our PMO process runs on these platforms).
- Familiarity with transformation programmes is desirable.
