As an Assistant Plant Operator (Process Technician Apprentice), you will learn to have responsibility for monitoring and operating a safe, environmentally compliant and efficient auxiliary system, boilers and steam turbine generator operation. Operating boilers and auxiliary plant equipment locally throughout the plant.

Working Arrangements

  • Working Week: The apprenticeship follows a 3 and a half year programme, with the first year spent off the job at CATCH in Stallingborough. This would be Monday- Friday 8.30am- 4.00pm.
  • The remainder of the apprenticeship is then completed onsite with the employer.
  • Expected Duration: 3 Years
  • Number of Positions Available: 2
