Our platform combines a curated expert network with intelligent client matching, session booking, and progression tracking, designed for serious practitioners working with serious clients. We are currently expanding our verified expert network.
We are seeking qualified and experienced Performance Coaches to join the ENFIITY expert network. This is not an employment role. There is no salary, no fixed hours, and no contract with ENFIITY. Practitioners operate entirely on a self-employed basis. Earnings are commission-based and depend solely on the number of sessions delivered through the platform. You set your own availability, your own session rates, and manage your own schedule. This opportunity is suited to coaches who are actively practicing, have an established client base, and are looking to expand their reach through a premium AI-powered platform.

- Recognised coaching qualification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent awarding body)
- Minimum 1 years of active 1:1 coaching experience
- Currently delivering coaching sessions, online or in person
- Strong knowledge of human performance, mindset, and behaviour change methodology
- Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to onboarding)
