We are seeking a Marketing Graduate to join our busy and ever-growing Southampton HQ office.
Responsibilities
- Create awareness and develop the Enfields brand.
- Work with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, and social media content.
- Produce creative content, including videos and news articles.
- Secure sponsorships with local communities and businesses.
- Liaise with designers and printers.
- Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy.
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to ensure the right channels are used and campaigns are effective.
- Track marketing performance and ROI, preparing weekly or monthly reports for management.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
