Enfield Carers Centre are recruiting experienced, caring, and passionate Carer Support Workers (CSWs) to join our dedicated team. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care to our clients so are looking for people who want to make a real difference by supporting clients to live a safe and independent life. The successful candidate will be joining an established, hardworking and supportive team of people.
Main Purpose of the role:
- Provide and maintain a person-centred care service, promoting independence and providing emotional support
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing and continence support
Hours: We are recruiting permanent, part-time and full-time Care Support Workers who are available to work daytime, evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
Holiday: 25 days and Bank Holidays pro rata
Salary: Very competitive rates: full-time total salary package is worth £13.15 per hour. We are a London Living Wage employer.
