To lead and develop the club’s brand new U15 team, providing a competitive and developmental environment that bridges youth progression and creates a path for our youth players. The club has its own training/playing facilities, clubhouse, and a Veo camera is available to record and analyse matches.

Duties:

  • Plan and deliver a weekly training session focused on individual and team development.
  • Prepare the team for weekly competitive fixtures.
  • Provide feedback and analysis to support player improvement.
  • Collaborate with the club Head Coach and the club’s coaching team to align player progression pathways.

Qualifications:

  • Previous coaching experience with youth teams (preferred).
  • FA Level 1 (minimum) or equivalent coaching qualification.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Committed to the club’s values of player development and community engagement.
