Grade: NJC Scale 5
Contract: 39 weeks per year (term time only) / 32.5 hours per week (Part‑time considered)
Salary: £22,859 – £23,185 (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
The role involves providing support for SEND and EAL students across the school from KS3 to KS5.
- Support students of all abilities with tailored instruction.
- Collaborate with the established team to strengthen student support.
- Contribute regularly to the school community.
- Maintain high standards to ensure maximum progress for students.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
