Enfield County School for Girls is seeking an inspirational, ambitious and compassionate Headteacher to lead our successful, inclusive and high-achieving school into the next phase of its development. Enfield County School for Girls is a highly successful maintained, non-denominational secondary comprehensive school for girls aged 11-18, with a co-educational Sixth Form. Situated in the London Borough of Enfield, the school operates across a split-site campus and serves over 1,000 students. Working closely with the Governing Body, staff, students, parents and the wider community, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of school life. They will inspire excellence in teaching and learning, champion inclusion and wellbeing, and ensure that every student is equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.

The Headteacher will lead the school's strategic vision, drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest standards of educational achievement, safeguarding and student wellbeing. They will oversee the effective leadership of our split-site provision, ensure strong financial stewardship and cultivate a culture of high expectations, collaboration and professional growth.
