What the Job Involves

The Sustainable Housing Support Officer in the Private Rented Sector will report to the Street Homelessness Team Manager. The role's main purpose is to help achieve Enfield’s strategic aim of ending rough sleeping by delivering housing support services across supported housing projects. Responsibilities include supporting applicants with complex needs to maintain accommodation, providing advice to vulnerable clients, and ensuring collaboration with internal and external agencies. You will manage a caseload and ensure proper documentation for case management while delivering efficient service in accordance with policies and legislation.
