‘Experienced qualified Social Worker required to work in the Multi- Agency Safeguarding Hub. There is an exciting opportunity to join The London Borough of Enfield (LBE) Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) within Adult Social Care as we continue to embrace and deliver safeguarding in accordance with the Care Act 2014 requirements.

The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub is a critical frontline service and working with key partnership agencies to safeguard adults at risk of abuse or neglect. You will be required to demonstrate a person-centred approach to your work, good understanding of the Care Act (2014) and the London Multi-Agency Adult Safeguarding Procedures. You will require excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of agencies and teams across the Borough.
Good IT skills are essential.

Successful applicants will be committed to working as part of a fast paced, friendly and dynamic team, providing quality services that promote principles of empowerment to support adults at risk, their carers and advocates to achieve their outcomes. You will be required to use your risk assessment, professional judgement, and decision-making skills with a focus on supporting the adult to manage risk and identify need for support and assistance. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures, current legislation and government initiatives will be beneficial to the role; also, a willingness to look forward and explore new and creative ways of working.
