What the Job Involves As a Reablement Officer, your role involves providing comprehensive support to service users, aiding in the planning and achievement of their care and health outcomes. Collaborating closely with the therapy team, you will implement reablement plans, and use your trusted assessor training to prescribe necessary equipment to aid independence. You will work with service users in assessing, designing, planning, and supporting care plans to maximize their development. In addition to fostering effective relationships with service users, you will assist with the induction and job training of new colleagues.
