As a Graduate Food Safety Officer, you’ll be on the frontline of keeping Enfield’s residents safe. You’ll receive support to gain the competencies needed to carry out official food hygiene and food standards inspections — with plenty of hands‑on experience along the way.

Responsibilities
  • Visiting food businesses and supporting inspections
  • Investigating complaints and food safety incidents
  • Sampling, evidence gathering and preparing reports
  • Helping businesses improve standards and comply with the law

About You

  • Holds (or is working towards) a CIEH‑accredited Environmental Health degree

  • A Valid UK Drivers License is required
