Join Enfield’s Integrated Family Help Service, a preventive service offering support to children and families requiring targeted early help and/or protection. Enfield are looking to recruit a cohort of Family Help Practitioners to work in our new integrated Family Help Teams.

The post holder will have a varied caseload, offering support to empower parents and carers to build on the family’s strengths, preventing family breakdown and improving outcomes for children and families. We are looking for enthusiastic, able and suitably qualified practitioners from the fields of education, health, youth, housing and social care.

Applicants must have a minimum level of qualifications at NVQ level 3 or above in the relevant fields. Practitioners will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of the diverse needs of children and show experience of being involved in assessing, planning and reviewing processes to support families or individual children to empower and affect change.
