You will support children and families through Family Hubs, early years settings and partner agencies to promote inclusive practice and ensure children with additional needs get the support they need.
This role requires delivering parenting intervention programmes, offering advice and practical support, and identifying needs early to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes
