The Council Housing service is seeking a Building Safety & Asset Data Manager to work with the Asset Management Team, reporting to the Head of Asset Strategy within the Investment and Resident Safety service. This is an exciting opportunity during a period of digital transformation. The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge and experience in managing and analyzing asset information related to compliance and investment in Council Housing. They will be responsible for driving improvements and ensuring compliance with the standards of the Regulator for Social Housing. We are looking for someone with excellent data analysis skills who can set high standards and build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver data governance and analysis for planned and ad hoc works.
- Develop BIM and asset tagging processes.
- Deliver complex analysis to inform investment programmes.
- Capture key processes and train stakeholders.
