Reporting to Head of Asset Strategy within Investment and Resident Safety service. The Council Housing service is looking for someone to fulfil the Building Safety & Information Manager role working with the Asset Management Team. It’s an exciting time to join the service currently undergoing digital transformation. The post holder will need to have detailed knowledge and experience of managing and analysing asset information for compliance and investment relating to Council Housing and will be responsible for driving improvement across the service and ensuring compliance with the standards of the Regulator for Social Housing.
We are looking for someone who has excellent data analysis skills and who can set and achieve high standards whilst building relationships with key internal and external partners.
During the three months we will expect you to:
- Manage and deliver the data governance and analysis work required for planned and adhoc works.
- Work to develop BIM and asset tagging.
- Deliver complex analysis to inform investment programmes.
- Capture key processes and train stakeholders.
