We are looking for Day Care Support Workers to join our friendly team at Connections Day Care & Community Club. Experience in a care setting is essential. Be part of a supportive team and make a real difference in your community. Enfield Carers Centre has opened a new adult day care service in Queensway, Ponders End. We are seeking experienced Support Workers as key members of our team. Enfield Carers Centre is a local charity providing holistic support to carers across the borough with home care and day care as well as support to carers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, engaging, safe space for older / vulnerable adults.
  • Provide compassionate person‑centred care and support.
  • Make a meaningful difference in the lives of those using the service.
  • Work closely with carers, family members and clients to achieve stated outcomes.
  • Assist with low‑level mobility (e.g. walking, gentle support, wheelchair assistance).
  • Facilitate or help deliver individual and group activities.

Hours & Pay

  • Hours: Full‑time option or Part‑time option (14 hours per week covering 9am‑5pm Thursday and Friday).
