Salary: £25,000- £27,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus

Hours: Full Time. Hybrid working available after probation

The Role: The Building Compliance Division currently has a position available for an Administrator based in Birstall. Candidates must have a confident and professional manner with both clients and colleagues, have administration experience and be fully proficient in all forms of IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Email and phone correspondence
  • Quote preparation
  • Invoicing
  • Liaising with project teams
  • Job Scheduling
  • General admin duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Self-motivated, organised with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Professional manner
  • Previous experience working in Acoustics is preferred but not essential
