The Role: The Building Compliance Division currently has a position available for an Administrator based in Birstall. Candidates must have a confident and professional manner with both clients and colleagues, have administration experience and be fully proficient in all forms of IT.
Responsibilities:
- Email and phone correspondence
- Quote preparation
- Invoicing
- Liaising with project teams
- Job Scheduling
- General admin duties
Skills and Experience:
- Strong IT skills
- Self-motivated, organised with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Professional manner
- Previous experience working in Acoustics is preferred but not essential
