The Company enevo is a growing national consultancy working across Building Safety, Building Compliance and Building Control in the UK built environment. We help developers, contractors, architects, dutyholders and building owners make sense of complex regulations - with clarity and confidence. Our work supports safer buildings, smoother project delivery, stronger environmental performance and better outcomes for the people who use the spaces our clients create.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & issue quotations.
- Set-up & close-out of projects, including entering data into internal systems and issuing relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date project records, liaising with clients & colleagues to obtain required information.
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date trackers.
- Support consultants with the submission of applications to the BSR via online portal, where required.
- Assist with the completion of supplier set up forms and PQQs, where required.
- Assist with internal invoicing process.
- Handle queries received through the central mailbox & over the phone.
- Take and type-up team meeting minutes.
Essential skills & experience:
- Previous experience within an administrative or project support role.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Approachable, confident & professional manner.
- Experience within a consultancy, construction, architecture or engineering setting.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM.

- Christmas shutdown: The company shuts down for the week between Christmas & New Year, the 3 days are deducted from your holiday allowance.
